Piękny apartament 100 metrów od plaży, ma 3 komfortowe i przytulne pokoje dwuosobowe i dwa pokoje kąpielowe, plus kuchnia i taras z widokiem na morze.
Położony w cichej, willowej ulicy dobrze służył. Możesz chodzić na plażę i zobaczyć najpiękniejsze miejsca na Majorce.
Jest bardzo ładny, idealny dla grupy przyjaciół lub rodziny, do ich zdolności, 3 sypialnie i śpi 6 mieszkania.
Jest Trzecie. To jest 2 minuty spacerem od plaży. Niedaleko lotniska, zmniejszenie kosztów transmisji. Jest cicho i mają wszystkie udogodnienia w pobliżu, supermarketów, farmarcia, restauracje, wypożyczalnia samochodów, rowery, łodzie ... tam jest ścieżka rowerowa, która biegnie wzdłuż wybrzeża i można spacerować i biegać. Świetna atmosfera w nocy, na spacer po plaży, zjeść obiad w dobrej restauracji i życia nocnego.
Idealny na wspaniałe wakacje!

We stayed only for 3 nights but it was perfect choice and we spend in Can Pastella great time. The apartment is large and roomy. Well enought for 6 people. Everything well equiped and clean. Valvanuz was waiting for us with her family even though our plane arrived in the late evening. She also helped us arrange taxis for our early morning plane back to Poland.
Can Pastella itself is perfect choice for short stays on Mallorca when each hour counts as well as for longer one, as it;s sandy beach is one of the best on the island. Apartment is located approximately 100 meters from the beach.

Nous avons passé de superbe vacances.
L'hôte a fait son maximum avant notre arrivée pour satisfaire nos demandes (pour notamment mettre à disposition un lit parapluie). Elle s'est également rendu super disponible pour nous accueillir lors de notre arrivée à 8h du matin. Nous avons payé Env. 15 euros de taxi depuis l'aéroport pour nous rendre à l'appartement. Le transfert est très rapide. Nous avons également apprécié les fruits et pâtisseries offerts à notre arrivée. aussi, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement, à proximité de la plage et des commerces (pour info l'appartement est situé à l'extrémité de la promenade).
Au niveau des points à améliorer, il y a tout d'abord les finitions de l'appartement qui sont un peu brouillon, il y avait des remontés d'odeurs dans les espaces sanitaires, le sol n'était pas nickel à notre arrivé et pour faire fonctionner la télé il y avait besoin de la débrancher et la rebrancher. Également, nous aurions apprécié d'avoir à disposition du savon (pour la vaisselle et les mains, il n'en restait qu'une goutte). Enfin les cloisons sont plutôt fines, mais les voisins ne sont pas bruyant et les volets et rideaux laissent passer la lumière.

We had no problems at all! The apartment is really nice, there is a beach 5 mins away with a larger beach just around the corner.
Bus stops are close by with the No. 15 taking you into Palma and the No. 21 to the airport.
Valvanuz was really lovely and had pizza waiting in our firdge for when we arrived!!

Notre séjour s'est parfaitement bien déroulé. L'appartement est très bien décoré et parfaitement équipé (machine à laver, ustensiles de cuisine, four, télévision, fer à repasser...), idéalement situé (à 1 minute à pieds de la Playa Estancia, 5 minutes à pied de la Platja de Palma, 15 minutes en voiture du centre de Palma, 30 minutes en bus, proche des commerces et des nombreux restaurants). Nous avons eu quelques problèmes de canalisation qui nous ont valu quelques jours de mauvaises odeurs mais rien de grave... La propriétaire s'est gentiment excusée en nous offrant un petit présent. Elle est d'ailleurs très accueillante et très accessible. Par ailleurs nous sommes très proches de l'aéroport donc nous entendons souvent le bruit des avions en journée, mais cela ne nous a jamais dérangés puisque nous n'étions quasiment jamais à la maison. Bref c'est un appartement clairement à louer, notre séjour a été idéal !

Decent value for the money. Great location, just at the broad, sunny beach, excellent infrastructure, very polite hosts. For sure worth visiting!

- Confirmed the room THEN HAD NO SPACE FOR US WHEN WE ARRIVED (he had double booked)! He then found a temporary place for some guests to sleep in for the first night but it was nothing like what was described. When we finished the stay I contacted him about a refund/partial refund (we stayed only the first night out of 3 nights) and didn't get any response. Although I believe there were no malicious intentions, I feel as though I was taken advantage of in this situation. Be careful booking with Toni Tur!wrzesień 2013
